The KEY TO PERSONAL POWER is what we are all looking for. Yet, if I told you what it was you simply wouldn't use it, you would say, "Is that all".   There are many parts to it, but there is one simple description.

The Key to Personal Power can only be used by an open mind, someone who is actively trying to change from their stuck state to one of freedom.   It must be your burning desire to escape from whatever is holding you back.

We'll get to more of that a little later.....

In any kind of relationship where somebody has depression, the person with depression has the long term advantage!   Why?   Depression is like a slingshot.    There is tension, relief and propulsion.

The person without depression has no tension, but often no propulsion either.   The person with depression makes changes, while the other person sticks with their same old routine.

The same old routine may not be a problem for you, but too often it is.   You don't have to have depression to be stuck.

I Don't Need To See Anyone PDF Print E-mail

I remember the times when I used to argue with my (ex) wife. She used to yell at me, "You need to see someone". I thought she needed to see someone, but deep down, I really wanted someone to help me get un-stuck.   Eventually, I found what I needed.   It took me twenty years!   To save you time, I began workshops to help men and women get un-stuck.   However, as I had done years earlier, men were reluctant to come along.   "I don't need to see anyone" is the feedback I've been getting from many wives and girlfiriends.

If that sounds like you, pop on over to www.I Dont Need To See Anyone.com and check out the comments.

Some people get told that they 'look angry', or 'look bored'.   Something negative, when all you may be doing is thinking!    The person doing the criticising probably needs to learn some tact, but a tip to help you look less 'severe' is to simply have your lips comfortably apart. The tiny gap you create between your lips changes your face muscles and may be just enough to put others at ease.   Simple and easy!
